  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional

Preparation

  • Puree the coconut milk, maple syrup (if using), and mango in a blender until smooth. Increase speed to the highest setting and whip the mixture for 1 minute.
  • Pour the whipped mango blend into freezer pops, freeze for 6 hours or until solid, and enjoy!
