Ingredients
  

  • 3 cans (11 oz) Mexican-style corn
  • 10 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles drained
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper chopped

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Combine Mexican-style corn, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green chiles, green onions, and jalapeño in a medium bowl; mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled before serving, at least 1 hour.

Notes

This dip tastes best served chilled and is great with chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables. Exceptional with Hawaiian bread.
