  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey can substitute with maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 0.75 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.75 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt heaping
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese optional

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, honey, oregano, garlic, mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • If desired, stir in the cheese.

Notes

Make this recipe vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey and omitting the optional cheese.
