Ingredients
  

Sausages and Rolls

  • 8 pieces Beef Sausages I used Beef and Cheddar Sausages
  • 8 pieces French Rolls

Flavorings

  • 1 link Chorizo about one and a half cups cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Red Onions thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Peperoccini Slices
  • 1 cup Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups Remoulade Sauce recipe linked in the blog post

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Remove the casing from the chorizo link and cook in a skillet, crumbling it finely.
  • Split your sausage links down the center lengthwise, taking care not to cut all the way through.
  • Remove the chorizo from the skillet when fully cooked and add the sausage links.
  • Cook the sausage until golden brown, pressing them split side down into the pan.
  • When sausages are cooked, slit the french rolls and toast them in the skillet.
  • On a platter, spread remoulade on each side of the bun, add sausage links split side up, top with chorizo crumbles, more remoulade, red onions, peppers, and green onions. Serve immediately.
