Shrimp

  • 300 grams shrimp fresh or frozen

Garlic

  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced

Butter

  • 50 grams butter divided

Lemon Juice

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain in a sieve.
  • In the meantime, fry the shrimp in a bit of hot butter. Add the minced or pressed garlic.
  • Once the shrimp are crispy, add the remaining butter and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the spaghetti on plates and distribute the shrimp on top. Serve immediately.
