Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 clove garlic, grated
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • cup grated parmesan

Wraps

  • 4 large tortillas gluten free tortillas (optional)
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, torn
  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • 1-1 ½ cups grilled chicken, cubed or shredded
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded cheddar

Instructions
 

Dressing Preparation

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl or glass jar. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.

Wrap Preparation

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, avocado, and basil. Toss with ½ of the dressing.
  • Place one tortilla in the microwave for 20 seconds. Spread a layer of pesto on the tortilla, then add the salad, chicken, bacon, and cheese. Drizzle more dressing on top.
  • Fold the tortilla over the ingredients, folding sides and ends over the filling, and roll forward. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve at room temperature or warm in a skillet with olive oil. Enjoy with extra dressing and pesto.
