  • 12 oz ricotta cheese

Seasoning

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Oil & Sweeteners

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon hot honey

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the ricotta, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor and blend on low for 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides halfway through until the ricotta is smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the ricotta in a shallow bowl and drizzle 2 tablespoons of the hot honey over the top. Garnish with the thyme and lemon zest and serve with crusty bread, crackers or pita chips.

Notes

This dip is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for a short time before serving.
